Join us as we go swimming at Blow Me Down Brook Trail, near Lark Harbour, followed by a grill up. Meet us at First Pentecostal Church at 2 p.m. to carpool to and from Blow Me Down Brook. We recommend bringing sturdy shoes, as there is a rocky trail leading into the swimming hole! Bring along your swimming gear + towel and come ready for hamburgers & hot dogs!
